Preparation Method :
- Put the fish into a shallow round dish. Melt the butter or margarine on Defrost for about 20 - 30 seconds.
- Mix in the cream and pour round the fish. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top and dust with paprika.
- Cover with plastic wrap and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Defrost for 6 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Scatter the parsley over the fish before eating.

- 250 grams cod steak, washed and dried
- 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoon single cream
- 2 tablespoons dry lemon and thyme stuffing mix
- Paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
