LEMON AND THYME COD

Preparation Method :

  • Put the fish into a shallow round dish. Melt the butter or margarine on Defrost for about 20 - 30 seconds.
  • Mix in the cream and pour round the fish. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top and dust with paprika.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Defrost for 6 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Scatter the parsley over the fish before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams cod steak, washed and dried
  • 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoon single cream
  • 2 tablespoons dry lemon and thyme stuffing mix
  • Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
