FRENCH-STYLE COD

Preparation Method :

  • Put the cod on a plate and sprinkle with the mushrooms.
  • Place the remaining ingredients in a small dish, adjust seasoning to taste, and heat, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes.
  • Spoon over the fish and mushrooms. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 4 minutes.
  • Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon French mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine or calvados
  • 250 grams cod fillet, cut from the thicker end
  • 50 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt
