COD HOT-POT
It is another mouth-watering recipe. In preparing this you will need medium-dry white wine, cold milk, vegetable stock, chopped dill and other ingredients like spices that makes this recipe flavorful. If you do not cook this yet, try it to serve for your family and sure that they will love it.

Preparation Method :
- Place the butter or margarine in a 20 cm / 8 in diameter casserole dish .Heat, uncovered for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Mix in the vegetables and wine. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook for atleast 5 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Add the fish to the vegetables with cornflour and cold milk until smooth, then add to the casserole with the stock. Adjust seasoning.
- Cover as before and cook for 10 minutes. Add the dill. Thoroughly mix the cream with the egg yolks and stir into the casserole. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and finely diced
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 150 ml medium-dry white wine
- 500 grams skinned cod fillet, cut into large cubes
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 5 tablespoons cold milk
- 400 ml fish or vegetable stock
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 5 tablespoons chopped dill
- 300 ml double (heavy) cream, softly whipped
- 2 egg yolks
