- Put the olive oil in a 5 cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic and celery.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes, stirring once. Mix in all the remaining ingredients. Use when cold.

- 2 tomatoes, blanched, skinned and coarsely chopped
