SPANISH RICE STUFFING WITH TOMATO

Surprise your family and friends through preparing a special recipe. With long-grain rice, butter, green bell pepper, tomato and other seasonings, you can simply create a perfect dish for all. Every piece is tendered with perfect ingredients that can never resist.

500 Grams

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the rice with the water and salt. Put the butter or margarine in a 6½ cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the onion, green pepper, tomato and olives. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring once. Mix in the cooked rice. Use when cold.

INGREDIENTS

For poultry

  • 150 grams easy-cook long-grain rice
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 25 grams chopped green (bell)pepper
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped stuffed olives
