SPANISH RICE STUFFING WITH TOMATO

Preparation Method :
- Cook the rice with the water and salt. Put the butter or margarine in a 6½ cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
 - Stir in the onion, green pepper, tomato and olives. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring once. Mix in the cooked rice. Use when cold.

- 150 grams easy-cook long-grain rice
 - 250 ml boiling water
 - Salt to taste
 - 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 - 1 small onion, grated
 - 25 grams chopped green (bell)pepper
 - 1 tomato, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons chopped stuffed olives
