SAUSAGE MEAT AND ORANGE STUFFING

Sausage Meat and Orange Stuffing is enriched with its powerful ingredients like parsley, orange, mustard powder, margarine, small onion and beef sausage meat! This is such a wonderful and perfect dish you must prepare for the entire family, friends and relatives!
Makes :
275 Grams

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the butter or margarine in a 5 cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
  • Mix in the sausage meat and onion. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 6 minutes, stirring every minute to ensure the meat is thoroughly broken up.
  • Mix in all the remaining ingredients with the grated orange peel. Use when cold.

INGREDIENTS

For poultry

  • 250 grams pork or beef sausage meat
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated orange peel
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
