RICE STUFFING WITH HERBS

- Cook the rice with the water and salt. Put the butter or margarine in a 6 cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 1½ minutes.
- Stir in the onion. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring once. Mix in the rice and herbs. Use when cold.

- 150 grams easy-cook long-grain rice
- 250 ml boiling water
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter or lard
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon coriander (cilantro)leaves

- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
