POTATO AND TURKEY LIVER STUFFING
                            The floury potatoes, butter, chopped bacon, mixed herbs and other delectable seasonings made up a perfect microwave recipe and that is the potato and turkey liver stuffing. Preparation Method :
- Cook the potatoes, using only 50 ml water. Drain and mash.
 - Put the butter or margarine in a 6 cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
 - Stir in the onion and bacon. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring twice.
 - Mix in all the remaining ingredients with the potatoes, seasoning to taste. Use when cold.

- 500 grams floury potatoes
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - ½ teaspoon ground ginger
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 rashers streaky bacon, chopped
 - 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - Salt and fleshly ground black pepper
