- Grease the dish with the butter or margarine. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped Parma ham, lemon peel, breadcrumbs and egg and season to taste.
- Bind with milk only if the stuffing remains on the dry side.

- 75 grams coarsely chopped Parma ham
- 1 egg, beaten
