ORANGE AND APRICOT STUFFING

Orange and Apricot Stuffing is such a tempting and delicious dish you have to prepare at home! It can fulfill your satisfaction that it feels like you’ll be falling from the heavens above! Try and enjoy this dish which can guarantee you of its good smell and freshness from the microwave!

Preparation Method :

  • Soak the apricots in warm tea at least for 2 - 3 hours. Drain and snip into small pieces with scissors.
  • Put the butter or margarine in a 6 cup dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
  • Add the onion. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes, stirring once.
  • Mix in all the remaining ingredients including the apricots. Use when cold.

INGREDIENTS

For rich meats and poultry

  • 150 grams dried apricots, washed
  • 200 ml Warm black tea
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 150 grams fresh white breadcrumbs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
