LIME AND CORIANDER STUFFING
                            Lime and Coriander Stuffing is simply delicious that you can’t take your eyes off it! It extends its lavishly and must-have ingredients like margarine or butter, onion, white breadcrumbs, juice, coriander leaves, milk and ground black pepper! This is really perfect you can’t do anything but to taste it!

Preparation Method :
- Put the butter or margarine in a 1litre dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
 - Stir in the onion. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring once.
 - Mix in the crumbs, lime peel and juice with the coriander, adjust seasoning to taste.
 - Bind with milk only if the stuffing remains on the dry side.

 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 150 grams fresh white breadcrumbs
 - Grated peel and juice of 1 lime
 - 3 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper
