ITALIAN STUFFING

Italian Stuffing is one of the considerable dishes you can aim for! This is because it’s fully packed with the necessary ingredients like celery stalk, olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, Italian crumbs, basil leaves and ground black pepper. It does wonder because it appease to two of your senses-the taste and smell.
Makes :
250 Grams

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the olive oil in a 5 cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes. Stir in the garlic and celery.
  • Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes, stirring once. Mix in all the remaining ingredients. Use when cold.

INGREDIENTS

For lamb, poultry and fish

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, blanched, skinned and coarsely chopped
  • 10 stoned (pitted) black olives, halved
  • 3 teaspoons chopped basil leaves
  • 150 grams fresh bread Italian crumbs
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
