GARLIC, ROSEMARY AND LEMON STUFFING
Garlic, Rosemary and Lemon Stuffing is such a luscious dish empowered with its powerful ingredients like dried rosemary, brown or white breadcrumbs, margarine or butter, parsley, garlic, small lemon, ground black pepper and dry red wine or milk! Preparation Method :
- Put the butter or margarine in a 5 cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and lemon peel. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 20 -30 seconds.
- Mix and stir in the rosemary, parsley and breadcrumbs. Season to taste.
- Bind with milk or wine only if the stuffing remains on the dry side. Use when cold.

- 7 grams / 1½ teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
- 15 grams / ¾ oz / 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 125 grams / 5 oz / 2 cups fresh white or brown breadcrumbs
- 25 grams / 1 oz / 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Grated peel of 1 small lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Milk or dry red wine, if necessary
