GARLIC, ROSEMARY AND LEMON STUFFING WITH PARMESAN CHEESE

Garlic, Rosemary and Lemon Stuffing with Parmesan Cheese is one of the delectable dishes that can give your ultimate satisfaction in every bite! It can be served in just a short minute so you won’t have to worry about it at all!

150 Grams

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the butter or margarine in a 5 cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the garlic and lemon peel. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 20 -30 seconds.
  • Mix and stir in the rosemary, grated cheese, parsley and breadcrumbs. Season to taste.
  • Bind with milk or wine only if the stuffing remains on the dry side. Use when cold.

INGREDIENTS

For beef

  • 1½ teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 150 grams fresh white or brown breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Grated peel of 1 small lemon
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Milk or dry red wine, if necessary
