FAR EAST RICE STUFFING

This Far East rice stuffing is extremely best for all occasions. With its perfect and palatable combination of ingredients, you will surely captivate on its every taste. Preparing this dish is too simple and doesn’t cover any extreme effort and time.
Makes :
500 Grams

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the rice with the water and salt. Put the butter or margarine in a 6 cup dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 1½ minutes.
  • Stir in the chopped cashew nuts and onion. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring once. Mix in the rice and herbs. Use when cold.

INGREDIENTS

For poultry

  • 150 grams easy-cook long-grain rice
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter or lard
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped toasted cashewnuts
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 teaspoon coriander (cilantro)leaves
  • 6 canned and sliced water chestnuts
