CHICKEN LIVER STUFFING
Chicken Liver Stuffing is such a perfect dish to serve to your family! This can easily be served as it contains butter or margarine, onion, breadcrumbs, allspice, chicken livers, chicken stock and many more! It can instantly be served for fifteen minutes!

Preparation Method :
- Put the butter or margarine in a 6 cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
- Add the onion. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring once.
- Add the livers. Cook, uncovered, on Defrost for 6 minutes, stirring 2 times.
- Mix in the parsley, allspice and breadcrumbs and season to taste.
- Bind with a little stock only if the stuffing remains on the dry side. Use when cold.

- 1 onion, grated
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 100 grams chicken livers, rinsed, dried and cut into small pieces
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- 150 grams fresh white or brown breadcrumbs
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Chicken stock
