CHESTNUT STUFFING WITH PARSLEY AND THYME

Chestnut Stuffing with Parsley contains many of its ingredients like sunflower oil, small onion, hot water, chestnut puree, garlic clove, lemon and salt! This is such an extremely and delicious food you would ever want to prepare for your family!
Makes :
750 Grams

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the butter or margarine and oil in a 6 cups bowl. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 20 - 30 seconds.
  • Add the onion and garlic. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes.
  • Add the dry stuffing mix and stir in well. Cook, uncovered, on Full for about 2 minutes, stirring. Remove from the microwave.
  • Gradually stir in the chestnut puree alternately with the hot water until smoothly combined. Stir in the lemon peel and salt to taste and use when cold.

INGREDIENTS

For turkey and chicken

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 50 grams parsley and thyme dry stuffing mix
  • 400 grams canned unsweetened chestnut puree
  • 150 ml hot water
  • Finely grated peel of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
