CELERY AND PESTO STUFFING
Celery and Pesto Stuffing is surely one of the best dishes you could ever ask! It’s normally prepared for about fifteen minutes, while cooking it would last for five minutes! It’s creatively made with butter or margarine, bread crumbs, green pesto, ground black pepper and celery stalks!

Preparation Method :
- Put the butter or margarine in a 4 cups dish.
- Heat, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute. Stir in the celery stalks. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
- Mix in the breadcrumbs, pesto, sage and sufficient water or milk to bind to a crumbly consistency. Adjust seasoning.

For fish and poultry
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 celery stalks, pre-boiled, chopped
- 150 grams bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- A little water or milk
- 2 teaspoons green pesto.
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
