BACON AND APRICOT STUFFING

Preparation Method :
- Put the bacon in a 5 cups dish with the butter or margarine.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes, stirring once.
- Mix in the bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, apricot, mustard and herbs and season to taste. Bind with milk if necessary.

- 1 rashers (slices) streaky bacon, chopped into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 150 grams fresh white breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon made mustard
- 6 apricot halves , rinsed and coarsely chopped
- ½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Milk, if necessary
