HASH WITH EGG

Preparation Method :
- Put the potatoes in a large serving dish with the water and salt. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
 - Cook on Full for 6 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash. Beat in the butter or margarine.
 - Mix in all the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on Full for 3 minutes. Top with a fried or poached egg
 - Allow to stand for 1 minute before Serving.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 125 grams corned beef, coarsely mashed
 - 225 grams potatoes, peeled and cubed
 - 3 tablespoons hot water
 - 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
 - 1 tablespoon milk or stock
 - 1 poached egg
 - ½ teaspoon English made mustard
 - ¼ teaspoon salt
