EASTER CHOCOLATE TREATS

Preparation Method :
- Place chocolate and fat, in a microwavable bowl and melt on Defrost for 2 - 4 minutes, stir, then heat for 2 minutes. Continue in this way until chocolate is completely melted.
 - Carefully pour melted chocolate into bunny moulds, then tap gently to remove air bubbles. Cover moulds and chill in freezer until firm.
 - Place 2 tablespoons melted chocolate into one half of an Easter egg mould, then using paper clips secure other half of mould over top.
 - Turn mould over, tilt until the mould is evenly coated with chocolate. Shake mould well to ensure an even coating.
 - Place mould in freezer for 1 minute, turn over and freeze for 1 minute longer. Turn again and freeze for 3 - 5 minutes or until chocolate is quite firm. Repeat to make four Easter eggs.
 - To remove bunnies from moulds, turn onto a bed of absorbent kitchen paper.
 - To remove Easter eggs, remove paper clips and gradually ease chocolate eggs away from moulds and onto a bed of absorbent kitchen paper.
 - Store Easter bunnies and eggs in an airtight container in a cool, dry place until required.
