CHEESY EGGS IN CELERY SAUCE

Cheesy Eggs in Celery Sauce is such a perfect dish because it contains a lot of ingredients like celery soup, eggs, full-cream milk, Cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, toasted breadcrumbs, paprika and ground black pepper! It can surely satisfy you to the point of asking more of this dish!

Preparation Method :

  • Arrange the egg halves in a deep 20 cm / 8 in diameter dish. In a separate bowl or dish, gently mix together the soup and milk.
  • Heat, uncovered for 5 minutes, whisking every minute. Mix in half the cheese and heat, uncovered for 2 minutes until melted.
  • Stir in the parsley, season to taste, then spoon over the eggs.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, the breadcrumbs and paprika.
  • Brown under a hot grill (broiler) before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large hard-boiled (hard-cooked) eggs shelled and halved
  • 300 ml condensed celery soup
  • 3 tablespoons full-cream milk
  • 150 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons toasted breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
