BAKED EGG FLAMENCO STYLE
                            Baked Egg Flamenco Style is such a perfect dish that you can offer to your friends! This can also be served right away as cooking time takes 5 minutes while its preparation time will only take for about 10 minutes!

                    Preparation Method :
- Brush a small ramekin dish (custard cup) or individual soufflé dish with melted butter or margarine. Add the tomato, spring onions, olives, oil and ham.
 - Cover with a saucer and heat for 1 minute. Gently break in the egg and puncture the yolk twice with a skewer or the tip of a knife.
 - Season well to taste. Coat with the cream and sprinkle with the herbs. Cover as before and cook on Defrost for 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.

- 1 small tomato, blanched, skinned and chopped
 - 2 spring onions (scallions), chopped
 - 1 - 2 stuffed olives, sliced
 - 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
 - 2 teaspoons Melted butter or margarine
 - 1 tablespoon cooked ham, finely chopped
 - 1 egg
 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper
 - 1 tablespoon double (heavy) cream or creme fraiche
 - 1 teaspoon very finely chopped parsley, chives or coriander
