Preparation Method :
- Put the butter in a 6 cups bowl and heat, uncovered, on Defrost for about 4 minutes.
- Beat all the remaining ingredients together and add it to the butter. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes, stirring every minute.
- If the curd seems a little thin, cook for an extra 1 minute.
- Remove from the microwave when the curd is thick. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Spoon into two small jars and cover.

- 100 grams butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 grams granulated sugar
- Finely grated peel and juice of 1 lemon
- Finely grated peel and juice of 2 oranges
