HOME-MADE YOGHURT

Makes :
1 Liter

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
4 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Pour the milk into a bowl. Heat, uncovered, on Defrost for about 4 minutes until lukewarm but not hot.
  • Whisk in the skimmed milk and yoghurt. Cover. Leave to stand in a warm place for at least 10 - 12 hours or until set. Store in the refrigerator when cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 litre full-cream milk
  • 75 grams skimmed milk powder  
  • 150 ml plain yoghurt
