Preparation Method :
- Pour the milk into a bowl. Heat, uncovered, on Defrost for about 4 minutes until lukewarm but not hot.
- Whisk in the skimmed milk and yoghurt. Cover. Leave to stand in a warm place for at least 10 - 12 hours or until set. Store in the refrigerator when cold.

- 1 litre full-cream milk
- 75 grams skimmed milk powder
- 150 ml plain yoghurt
