ESPRESSO COFFEE CREAM TORTE

Be ready for the best microwave recipe through preparing espresso coffee cream torte. This recipe is extremely best for all because of its healthy ingredients. If you are planning to prepare this, simply prepare its needed flavorings and bake it within 8 minutes.

Preparation Method :

  • Line the base and side of a soufflé dish with clingfilm , allowing it to hang very slightly over the edge.
  • Sift the flour and coffee powder into a bowl and rub in the butter or margarine.
  • Add the sugar. Thoroughly beat together the eggs and milk, then mix evenly into the dry ingredients with a fork.
  • Spoon into the prepared dish and cover loosely with kitchen paper.
  • Cook on Full for 6 minutes until the cake is well risen.
  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack by holding the clingfilm.
  • When completely cold, peel away the clingfilm and cut into two layers.
  • Whip double cream with cold milk until thick.
  • Sweeten with caster sugar and flavour to taste with espresso coffee powder.
  • Use to sandwich the layers, then spread the remainder thickly over the top and side of the cake. Stud the top with hazelnuts.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso coffee powder
  • 150 grams butter or margarine
  • 300 ml double cream
  • 4 tablespoons cold milk
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 150 grams dark soft brown sugar
  • 250 grams self-raising flour
  • 2 eggs, at kitchen temperature
  • 5 tablespoons cold milk
