Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Line a mould of 12" with a silver foil and place in a baking tray.
- Beat the eggs slightly and keep aside.
- Melt the chocolate in a double - boiler and bring it to the room temperature.
- Cream butter and sugar together with the help of t a wooden laddle or with hands till it is smooth and white in colour.
- Add the beaten eggs to the butter and sugar mixture,constantly and mix well.
- Now,add the melted chocolate and mix .
- Finally add the flour and walnuts. Fold the mixture gently, pouring it into the lined mould.
- Bake it for 25 minutes at 180°C.
- Cool it on the cooling rack.
- Top the brownie with grated chocolate and serve.

- 300 grams Butter
- 300 grams Icing sugar
- 7 eggs
- 500 grams chocolate
- 600 grams Broken walnuts
- 120 grams Flour
