CHOCOLATE COFFEE BROWNIES WITH HAZELNUTS

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Melt the chocolate, sugar, and butter in a double boiler or in a bowl set on top of a pot of boiling water.
- Remove from the heat, add the coffee and liqueur, and mix well.
- Fold in the flour with a spatula.
- Fold in the eggs, one at a time.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle the hazelnuts on top of the batter.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and place the pan on a metal cooling rack to cool for 30 minutes.
- Transfer to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the brownies from the refrigerator and transfer to a work surface. Cut 3-inch squares with a sharp knife. Wipe the knife between cuts to ensure that the cuts are clean.
- Let the cut brownies sit for 20 minutes then serve at room temperature.

- 100 ml brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
- 100 grams flour
