Preparation Method :
- Put the semolina and sugar in a 6 cups basin. Stir in the milk with spatula.
- Cook, uncovered and with the spatula on Full for about 2 - 2½ minutes, stirring. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or mixed spice before eating.

- 150 ml milk Ground cinnamon or mixed spice
