MIDDLE EASTERN SHRED PUDDING WITH NUTS

7 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Butter a deep dish and crumble 3 of the Shredded Wheats across the base.
  • Combine the nuts and sugar and sprinkle evenly on top. Crush over the remaining Shredded Wheats.
  • Heat the milk and butter in a measuring jug, uncovered, on Full for about 2½ minutes.
  • Mix in the orange flower water. Spoon gently over the ingredients in the dish.
  • Cook, uncovered, on Full for 6 minutes. Allow to stand for 4 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large Shredded Wheats
  • 100 grams toasted pinenuts
  • 100 grams superfine sugar
  • 150 ml full-cream milk
  • 50 grams butter  
  • 3 tablespoons orange flower water
