Preparation Method :
- Butter a 7 cups soufflé dish. Sift the flour into a bowl and rub in the fat. Mix in the sugar.
- Mix to a soft consistency with the eggs, pineapple with syrup and coffee liqueur. Spread smoothly into the dish.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 6 minutes, turning the dish once. Invert on to a serving plate and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Return to the microwave.
- Cook on Full for a further 3 minutes. Serve with clotted cream.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams self-raising flour
- 150 grams mixture white cooking fat and margarine
- 150 grams castor sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 50 grams canned crushed pineapple with syrup
- 1 tablespoon coffee
- Clotted cream, to serve
