INDIVIDUAL CHRISTMAS PUDDING

Preparation Method :
- Thoroughly grease a 3 cups pudding basin. Tip the flour, allspice, breadcrumbs, suet, sugar and fruit into a mixing bowl.
- Toss over and over with a spoon until thoroughly combined. Mix to a soft mixture with the egg and alcohol. Spoon into the prepared basin.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Cook on Full for a further 40 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
- Turn out on to a plate. Eat with rum or brandy butter, custard or cream.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons beef or vegetable suet
- 2 tablespoons dark soft brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons wholemeal flour
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- 15 grams fresh brown breadcrumbs
- 100 grams mixed dried fruit
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon medium-sweet sherry or brandy Rum to serve
