CROISSANT EGG CUSTARD PUDDING

Preparation Method :

  • Pour the milk into a glass bowl. Add the butter or margarine. Heat together on Full for 2 minutes or until the butter has melted and the milk is warm.
  • Whisk in the egg. Place the croissants in a shallow dish, cut sides up, in a single layer. Spoon over the milk mixture and sprinkle with the caster sugar.
  • Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 large chocolate-filled or plain croissants
  • 2 teaspoons castor sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
