Preparation Method :
- Break up the chocolate and put in a basin. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes. Stir the egg yolk into the melted chocolate.
- Whip the egg white and salt until stiff. Fold into the chocolate mixture with a metal spoon. Transfer to a serving dish.
- Cover and chill for about 4 hours before serving.

- 100 grams chocolate peppermint creams
- 1 large egg, separated
- A pinch of salt
