WARM FRUIT FLUFF

Preparation Method :

  • Tip the puree into a bowl. Gently beat in the egg yolk. Whisk the egg white with the salt to stiff peaks. Fold into the fruit mixture with a large metal spoon.
  • Transfer to a lightly buttered 3 cup basin. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes or until the pudding is puffed up almost to the top of the basin. Serve with biscuits.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams canned fruit puree
  • 1 large egg, separated
  • A pinch of salt
  • Crisp biscuits, to serve
