Preparation Method :
- Tip the puree into a bowl. Gently beat in the egg yolk. Whisk the egg white with the salt to stiff peaks. Fold into the fruit mixture with a large metal spoon.
- Transfer to a lightly buttered 3 cup basin. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes or until the pudding is puffed up almost to the top of the basin. Serve with biscuits.
