Preparation Method :
- Put the rhubarb in a serving bowl with the sugar, water and ginger. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Defrost for 6 minutes or until tender. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
- Serve hot, warm or cold, either plain or with cream.

- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 100 grams rhubarb, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- Cream or custard, to serve
