Preparation Method :
- Put the apricot halves in a serving bowl with the sugar and water. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Defrost for 6 minutes or until tender. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Eat hot, warm or cold, either plain or with cream or custard.

- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 6 fresh apricots, halved and stoned
- Cream or custard, to serve
