Preparation Method :
- Put the apple slices in a 7 cups dish with the boiling water. Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 8 minutes or very soft. Beat to a pulp, then stir in the caster sugar. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the crumbled rye bread and sauté conventionally until lightly browned. Stir in the brown sugar.
- Allow to cool. Fill 6 sundae glasses with alternate layers of apples and crumbs, ending with crumbs.
- Whip the cream and milk until softly stiff. Pile on top of each portion, then add 1 teaspoon of jam to each.

- 100 grams castor sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 750 grams cooking apples, peeled and sliced
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 5 slices of crumbled rye bread
- 2 tablespoons light soft brown sugar
- 150 ml double cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 75 grams red jam
