Preparation Method :
- Place butter and sugar in a large microwavable jug and heat on Medium for 1 minute, stir, then heat for 1 - 2 minutes or until butter melts.
- Continue cooking in this way for 2 minutes longer or until sugar dissolves.
- Add passion fruit pulp and stir well. Stir in egg yolks and cook for 1 minute, stir well, then cook for 1 minute longer.
- Continue cooking in this way for another 6 minutes or until mixture thickens. Pour into hot sterilised jars. Seal and store in the refrigerator.

- 250 grams caster sugar
- 250 grams passion fruit pulp
- 6 large egg yolks
