MULLED SHARON FRUIT
Mulled Sharon Fruit is completed with the following ingredients; caster sugar, cold water, Sharon fruit, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, brandy and biscuits! This recipe has gone beyond your expectation, you only need to place it inside a microwave and taste it afterwards!

Preparation Method :
- Put the sugar and water in a 10 cup dish and stir well. Cover and cook on Full for 6 - 8 minutes to make a syrup.
- Cut the sharon fruit into chunks. Add to the syrup with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 5 minutes, turning the dish 3 times.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes before spooning into dishes and eating with crisp, buttery biscuits.

- 150 ml cold water
- 10 quartered sharon fruit
- 6 whole cloves
- 2 in piece cinnamon stick
- ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons medium-dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- Biscuits, to serve
