- Transfer the avocado into a bowl and mix in the Worcestershire sauce and cream. Adjust Seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Spoon into a 3 cups dish and sprinkle with the croutons. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 3 - 4 minutes and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 tablespoons soured cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large ripe avocado , peeled, diced and discard the pit
- 2 tablespoons garlic croutons, broken up into small pieces
