- Slice the peeled banana into a dessert dish. Coat with the honey and rum and sprinkle with the sugar.
- Heat on Defrost for 1 minute. Sprinkle with the coconut before eating.

- 2 teaspoons rum
- 1 teaspoon demerara sugar
- 1 teaspoon toasted desiccated coconut
