HONEYPOT BANANAS WITH RUM AND COCONUT

Preparation Method :

  • Slice the peeled banana into a dessert dish. Coat with the honey and rum and sprinkle with the sugar.
  • Heat on Defrost for 1 minute. Sprinkle with the coconut before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • 2 teaspoons rum
  • 1 teaspoon demerara sugar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted desiccated coconut
