Preparation Method :
- Snip the jelly into four individual cubes dipped in and out of cold water. Put into a measuring jug and make up to 75 ml with cold water.
- Heat, uncovered, on Defrost for about 3 minutes or until the jelly melts. Stir until clear. Gently whisk in the fruit puree and egg yolk.
- Chill until cold and just beginning to thicken and set round the edge. Whisk together the egg white and salt until stiff.
- Gently whisk in the jellied mixture. Spoon into a serving dish and chill for about 3 - 4 hours before serving.

- 4 cubes of any flavour jelly
- 150 grams any fruit puree
- 1 large egg, separated
- A pinch of salt
