Preparation Method :
- Put the gooseberries and rhubarb into a deep dish with the water. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 6 minutes, turning the dish once. Uncover. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Mix in the remaining fruit.
- Cover when cold and chill thoroughly. Add the orange liqueur just before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams gooseberries,topped and tailed
- 250 grams rhubarb, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 250 grams superfine sugar
- 500 grams strawberries, sliced
- 100 grams raspberries
- 150 grams redcurrants, stalks removed
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
