Preparation Method :
- Melt chocolate in a microwavable bowl on Defrost for 2 - 4 minutes, stir, then heat for 2 more minutes. Continue in this way until chocolate is completely melted.
- Wash and dry strawberries, but do not hull. Remove two-thirds of the lychee skin from top of fruit leaving bottom to hold on to.
- Hold and carefully dip fruit one at a time into chocolate to half coat. Place on baking paper on a wire rack and leave until chocolate sets.
- Use to decorate your favourite chocolate cake.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams dark or milk chocolate, broken in small pieces
- 12 large strawberries
- 12 lychees
