BLACK CHERRY RICE CREAM

5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the jelly into cubes and put in a dish. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2½ minutes.
  • Fold in the rice pudding and cream, whisking gently without beating. Make up to 3 cups with cold water.
  • Cover lightly and chill until just beginning to thicken and set, stirring frequently.
  • Divide equally between 4 - 6 sundae glasses and allow to set completely.
  • Top each with 1 teaspoon jam before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 tablespoons single cream
  • 2 tablespoona black cherry jam
  • 1 packet black cherry jelly  
  • 500 grams rice pudding
