Preparation Method :
- Cut the jelly into cubes and put in a dish. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2½ minutes.
- Fold in the rice pudding and cream, whisking gently without beating. Make up to 3 cups with cold water.
- Cover lightly and chill until just beginning to thicken and set, stirring frequently.
- Divide equally between 4 - 6 sundae glasses and allow to set completely.
- Top each with 1 teaspoon jam before serving.

- 5 tablespoons single cream
- 2 tablespoona black cherry jam
- 1 packet black cherry jelly
- 500 grams rice pudding
