BAKED APPLE STUFFED WITH LEMON CURD

Preparation Method :
- Score a line round the apple, about one-third down from the top.
- Remove the core with a peeler, taking care not to cut through the base of the apple.
- Pack with lemon curd and top with the chocolate polka dots.
- Transfer to a bowl large and deep enough to accommodate the apple comfortably.
- Pour the apple juice around. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Defrost for 10 - 12 minutes, turning twice or until the apple has puffed. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

- 1 large cooking apple
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Curd
- 9 chocolate polka dots
