Preparation Method :
- Put the rinsed raspberries in a food processor or blender and to a puree. Strain to remove the seeds.
- Transfer to a 4 cups bowl with the sugar. Mix the corn flour smoothly with the water. Add to the puree in the bowl.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 3 minutes, whisking every 20 - 30 seconds or until the mixture has thickened and is clear and bubbling gently.
- Stir in the vanilla and lemon juice and use cold.

- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 75 ml cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 300 grams fresh raspberries, Rinsed
- 3 tablespoons castor sugar
