- Put the butter in a 3 cups dish with instant coffee powder. Melt, uncovered, on Full for 1 - 2 minutes. Thoroughly stir in all the remaining ingredients.
- Cook, uncovered, on Defrost for about 6 minutes, stirring 2 - 3 times or until the sauce is smooth and hot.

- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons single cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
