HOT CHOCOLATE SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Put the butter in a 3 cups dish. Melt, uncovered, on Full for 1 - 2 minutes. Thoroughly stir in all the remaining ingredients.
  • Cook, uncovered, on Defrost for about 6 minutes, stirring 2 - 3 times or until the sauce is smooth and hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons single cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
